Turbomachinery played a very important role in all branches of the national economy and has obtained day by day the widespread application in industry, agriculture and national defense departments. Its internal flow channel shape is complex, and the internal flow is often accompanied with the three-dimensional unsteady phenomenon such as the separation flow and rotating stall, especially the mutual coupling between the rotating part and the static component which made the internal flow more complex. As a kind of the turbomachinery, the internal movement blades of the centrifugal pump modeling which is studied in this paper held the more significant effect in mutual interference coupling. Moreover, the coupling phenomenon is also common in the steam turbine, so the clarity of the inner flow field characteristics of centrifugal pump model and the influence on the flow field distribution of coupling phenomenon is particularly important. In this thesis, firstly, we study the related theory of centrifugal pump; and then, based on steady flow field of the centrifugal pump model we complete the nonstationary analysis to determine the whole flow field distribution and the distribution effects on the inner flow field of coupling more accurately; finally, we put forward the optimization program of the modeling flow of centrifugal pump and do the analysis of numerical simulation and experiment. The main contents are as follows:We start with a brief introduction to the basic theory of centrifugal pump. Then we analysis the internal flow in detail and expound the unsteady flow phenomenon of centrifugal pump. Simultaneously, we have introduced the basic theory of the time average Reynolds equation applied to the simulation of the centrifugal pump and the selection of mathematical model in this paper.On the basis of the definite basic size and working principle of centrifugal pump model in this paper, we formulated the corresponding program of numerical value simulation experimentation and accomplished the establishment of the geometric model and the division of the calculation mass according to the actual conditions and design parameters of the research object. Afterwards, with a grid independence test, we have given the analysis result of steady flow field under the rated conditions.Based on the steady flow field analysis, we studied the transient model of centrifugal pump. In what follows, we want to: analysis the overall distribution of flow field, under the unsteady rated conditions, from the plate after plate forward at the same time; and analysis the influence for the whole flow field distribution of the centrifugal pump model from the different relative positions of dynamic and static blades at different times. And an additional discussion of the effect, which is brought by the flow field distribution and the dynamic and static coupling under the unsteady state and different mass flow conditions, on the flow field under the different working conditions is also provided.Finally, based on the numerical simulation analysis of internal flow field and the research of the centrifugal pump flow theory, we done the optimized research on the outlet angle of dynamic and static impeller blade and also determined the optimization scheme of the centrifugal pump model under the comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of centrifugal pump and the uniformity of the flow field distribution. All of this provides a reasonable reference for the optimization of a centrifugal pump model.
