TBM construction is the inevitable development of deep buried tunnel in China. As deep buried tunnel is located in the complex high stress environment, deep buried tunnel TBM tunneling will face severe challenges of engineering disasters such as rock burst. The research on the mechanism of the rock burst in the construction of TBM is very important for the protection of the tunnel safety. This paper based on the deep buried tunnel rock burst disaster in TBM construction as the research background, combined using the method of site investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to system study the rock burst mechanism of TBM construction in the deep buried tunnel. Research results are as follows:(1) According to the data of TBM construction of rock burst disaster site, summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of rock burst in TBM construction, divide the rock burst of TBM construction into categories. The key control index system of rock burst in deep buried tunnel of TBM construction is proposed(2) Using FLAC3 D to build a three-dimensional numerical calculation tunnel model by TBM construction in deep buried. Analyzes the evolvement rule of energy of surrounding rock of the tunnel TBM construction process, on this basis, using elastic mechanics theory and energy principle, the TBM Construction of rock burst criterion based on the elastic strain energy and the rock burst location criterion based on elastic strain energy radial gradient are established.(3) Based on the establishment of deep buried tunnel TBM construction three dimensional numerical calculation model and the rock burst of energy criterion, systematic study on the different depth, lateral pressure coefficient, TBM tunneling speed, rock properties and the rock structure and other factors have the influence on the stress field and energy distribution of surrounding rock in deep buried tunnel of TBM construction, revealed the inoculation mechanism of deep buried tunnel by TBM Construction, and it provide a basis for the prediction of rock burst in deep buried tunnel TBM construction.(4) A buried deep by TBM construction tunnel detailed engineering geological condition as the background; the tunnel rock burst disaster risk caused by the TBM construction is analyzed and assessed, and puts forward the prevention and control measures to prevent rock burst disaster for this TBM construction tunnel. it provide guidance to ensure this tunnel running smoothly.
