With the development direction of modern new aircrafts moving rapidly to More-Electric-Aircraft and All-Electric-Aircraft, it requires performance of aircraft power system increasingly stringent. The system’s power quality and reliability has become important factors to influence aircraft performance. The research of aircraft power system is also becoming a hot spot in aviation.Firstly, this article deduces the basic equation synchronous generator based on analysis of its working principle, and establishes the mathematical model of synchronous generator by using Parker transformation. Researching cerebellum model articulation controller algorithm and genetic algorithm and using improved GA to optimize the four control parameters of PIDCMAC controller, the paper analyzes the performance of controller optimization through simulation.Secondly, the thesis establishes aircraft power system simulation model and designs three excitation control schemes: conventional PID controller, PIDCMAC composite controller and PIDCMAC composite controller based on improved GA Optimization. Through the simulation result of excitation current waveform, output three-phase AC voltage, its RMS waveform and load change response waveform, it makes a detailed analysis and research. From the rise time, overshoot, settling time, steady-state error and other performance indicators, verifying that the scheme of optimized IDCMAC controller based on improved GA has a better control effect.Finally, the paper builds an aircraft power experimental platform, gives an outline of its overall framework and the working principle, and focuses on hardware and software design of DSP motor control system and STM32 Generator excitation control system. It also designs a position machine of aircraft power platform and illustrates various functions and control interface effect of the software. The accomplishing of experimental platform provides a hardware verification platform of aircraft power system’s theoretical research.
