Precision guided weapon has great power to destroy in modern war, it is able to play the key role in attacks no matter for strategy or tactics. The missile-borne high temperature resistant antenna can be compared to eyes of human, and its quality of function can influence the degree of accuracy of weapons directly, so its importance is self-evident. Because of the bad working environment, there is superior difficulty in the research of the missile-borne high temperature resistant antenna. Electronic performance, aerodynamic performance and mechanical strength must be taken into consideration. Due to the military application background,almost all the research production of this field remain sealed. In order to be independent in the field of precision guided weapon and hypersonic flying machine, we have to grasp advanced technology of missile-borne high temperature resistant antenna. Beforehand research in missile-borne high temperature resistant antenna can make preparations for the development of technology. Our research group made a lot of advanced research work, and have got some production. We designed a preliminary scheme of missile-borne high temperature resistant antenna and heat insulation feed structure, which could meet the specified performance index. Because the index was revised, our scheme cannot fulfill the requirements for electronic performance, as a result, we need make optimization research. This thesis is divided into the following three parts:First, the research background and research status are introduced, and analyzed the difficulties in the designing work.Aimed at the requirement of performance index, the shortcoming is pointed out.Second, the theory of Yagi antenna is stated, and the method to design is introduced. The former performance index and the pre-research product are shown and the technical details of installation and testing is discussed. The defect of the antenna and the performance details which can not meet the new index any more are analyzed. The factors which may lead to the above-mentioned defect and problems are analyzed.Third, aimed the defects and problems of the pre-research scheme, especially the problem of E patterns,two kinds of prioritization scheme are raised. Firstly, the Yagi antenna elements are adjusted, the number, separation distance and size of antenna oscillators included,and the thermal ceramics are adjusted. Secondly, the structure of missile-borne high temperature resistant antenna is optimized. Two kind of methods are adapted in this step: Layered structure and adjusting the angle of incidence of antenna. Finally, the electronic performance,especially the E–pattern is optimized.
