Research On Processing Countersign Data Integration And Publishing Technology For Aero Engine Parts

Process design department of aero engine enterprises in planning main process specification usually related to process content in other areas. In order to guarantee the correct and effective process content, need to consult with a professional design department and sign documents which is related to process, this process is called processing countersign. The form of it at present is that countersign workers must check process specification and some additional information to countersign them. According to the requirements of aero-engine enterprises in the processing countersign, the thesis conducts in-depth researching to the processing countersign data integration and publishing, basically developing a system of Processing Countersign Data Intgration and Publishing for Aero Engine Parts, and the efficiency and quantity of processing countersign are improved.The main research contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1) Different kinds of processing countersign data are analyzed. The processing countersign data are organized. The some kinds of processing countersign data model, which includes tool dispatching countersign data model, ultrasonic detectability countersign data model, wire cutting countersign data model and test countersign data model are established in this thesis by using the ontology modeling method.(2) Combining with the processing countersign data ontology model to analyze the structure of the procedure MBD model, and then research the generation method of processing countersign MBD model. In order to integrate processing countersign data which come from different kinds of data source, which includes the processing attributes of processing countersign MBD model, processing and additional information which is related to the processing countersign, these data are described by using the XML technology, the processing countersign data intergration realization scheme based on XML is designed.(3) According to the characteristics of processing countersign data, and then the framework of the publishing document of processing countersign is established. The publishing document template of processing countersign is designed, and realized the generation of the publishing document of processing countersign.(4) A system of the processing countersign data intergration and publishing for aero engine parts is developed. The system is certified by tool dispatching countersign data integration and publishing of an aero engine part, and standardized management of processing countersign data is improved by system at the same time.
