While the development of distributed aero-engine control system brings the superiority, it has also brought new problems. Among them, the delay of the communication network is one of the difficulties and is also a hot issue. So this paper takes a certain type of turbofan engine as the research object, establishes the delay system model, designs for the stability theorem of delay system, makes the calculating method of H∞ robust controller for time delay system, and designs interference suppression controller and command tracking controller to observe the effect of delay on the system.Firstly, according to the aerothermodynamics characteristics of aero-engine, we have aero engine nonlinear model data. Then, with the application of small perturbations of fitting, we get the linear state variable model of aero-engine steady equilibrium. We must ensure it has good precision compared with nonlinear model, and can be used for subsequent controller design.Considering that the distributed control system is actually a kind of networked control system, and ensuring that communication network is constant, we determine the research direction on delay and establish state variable model of double delay under the conditions of time delay in the delay system studied in this paper and finally deduce delay dependent stability theorem with better conservation.By using the H∞robust control theory, the mathematical definitions of H∞norm is introduced in the process of stability theorem deduction. Application of the Schur lemma as a mathematical tool, eventually we obtain the solving theorem of the H∞robust controller of time delay system. Aiming at the disturbance rejection problem, we obtain the controller K to do the numerical simulation.In order to obtain the command tracking controller of time delay system, we take augmented tracking error as state to obtain a new augmented time delay system in the model and determine the new H∞control indicator to achieve optimal tracking performance of the system. When giving the upper bound conditions of time delay, we will receive the corresponding controller. Then, we do tracking control simulation, which makes the system to have the better tracking performance, well regulating time, no overshoot and no steady state error.
