Research Of The Transient Thermal Analysis Of Star Sensors

Many factors affecting to the accuracy of star sensor, the temperature is one of the important factors, not only to the optical performance of star sensor optical systems, may also to its electronics system performance, at the same time, temperature is also the important influencing factors of thermodynamic properties. To make sure that all parts of star sensor components can work at the rated operating temperature range, need to do in experimental design for its temperature field distribution and thermal control design research. Alien sensor technology in abroad started early, related technologies are mature. To study the thermal and mechanical of star sensor, the relationship between heat- structure, some companies specially developed some analysis and design software; In the domestic, there are also some of the scientific research workers for certain cameras or star sensor made the corresponding thermal analysis, but did not form system, require a further research in the related aspects. This paper analysis and thermal control design research the star sensors transient thermal by using finite element method(fem).Firstly, This paper will introduce the basic knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer of three basic ways, according to the basic principle of finite element is given transient fever--radiation heat conduction problem of differential equation, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench made simple introduction to the function characteristic.Secondly, it will introduce in detail the basic process of ANSYS Workbench thermal analysis, established a three-dimensional model of star sensor, the star sensor was used to solve the temperature field distribution, and the solution is to further the results of the analysis.Again, it will introduce background knowledge of the star sensors thermal control design, analyzes the boundary conditions of thermal control design and internal thermal environment, put forward the star sensor thermal control design of target, analysis of the thermal resistance network model of star sensors, four thermal control design scheme is presented according to analysis, the solving scheme of four, and made further analysis according to the results of the solution, choose the optimal thermal control scheme.Finally, using the analysis of data and software to provide some of the parameters of the standard, which will solve the accuracy of evaluation to the whole analysis.
