Electromagnetic Correlation Flowmeter is a kind of important measuring instrument of fluid flow.The potential difference sensor for detection of two electrode do correlation operation to find out the gas-water multiphase fluid flow velocity and flow, which is the basic principle of fluid flow measurement theory of electromagnetic flowmeter in the relevant.Setting the correct sensor structure parameters of the electromagnetic flowmeter is the key to the Electromagnetic flowmeter detect vertical oil wells associated the flow information of multiphase flow fluid.This thesis is mainly aimed at the narrow space of oil production logging in the oil gas water multiphase flow fluid flow measuring instruments(electromagnetism flowmeter) of parameters design problems of the sensor in the issue, laid the theoretical foundation for the development of new underground gas-water multiphase fluid flow measuring instruments. At the same time, it also has a good reference value for the gas-water environment in other multiphase flow fluid flow measurement.First of all, introducing the application background of the narrow space of oil production logging in the oil gas water multiphase flow measurement. In the new view of the current model of multiphase flow measuring instruments(electromagnetism flowmeter),which is in the oil gas water multiphase flow deficiencies flow measurement aspect, the thesis proposes a new structure optimization method, for electromagnetic correlation flowmeter sensor, which is in order to solve the measurement problems of electromagnetic correlation flowmeter in oil gas water multiphase flow of fluid flow.Secondly, by using the method based on changing excitation structure parameters in the ANSYS finite element simulation software, for the magnetic field distribution of electromagnetic flowmeter sensor inside the related effective region, modeling and simulation. Furthermore, for further research and analysis about the simulation results of internal magnetic field sensor by using the MATLAB numerical tools. According to the related electromagnetic flowmeter sensor under different structural parameters of magnetic field distribution, it is in the analysis of the homogeneous degree of the internal magnetic field sensors that to get the optimal structure parameters of the sensor field structure.Finally,for fluid simulation of the correlation between sensor for detecting electrode spacing of two and the collected signal connection, by using the numerical vertical Fluent tube of oil gas water multiphase flow based on simulation method. Through the analysis on the different sensors on the vertical section of each volume element within the fluid flow law, obtaining the optimal ranges of the electromagnetic flowmeter sensor for detection of two related to the distance between electrode,which provides the reference suggestions for the oil gas water multiphase flow distance parameter design of detection between two electrode sensor structures of the electromagnetic correlation flowmeter.
