On The City Entrance Landscape Design

Economic development of the city makes the traffic structure change. In the form of urban transport connections outside entrance of diversification, and now people requires more on the city’s landscape environment. In this project, we make a research on the city entrance landscape environment which is expressed by the image of the city, character and culture. We make a key design and research on the positioning and environment to create urban landscape environment entrances. Zhuhai’s city entrance use the "Beautiful Zhuhai, Ecological Door" as the core theme, according to the cold and warm colors symbolic meaning, features and characteristics districts, geographical features, roads form, direction and extent of the traffic flow, it will be divided to the corresponding position in the four concept series. Four kinds of concept series are "Green Melody" series, "Purple Warm" series, "Feeling Blue" series, "Red Dynamic" series. The city entrance which has functional and beautiful landscape environment is Zhuhai’s city entrance.
