People who had watched the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil won’t forget the eight Chinese characters, "Zhong guo Yingli,Guang fu ru hu",appeared around the football stadium during every game.This is the slogan of Yingli green energy holding co., LTD,which is the Photovoltaic representative enterprise in our country.The slogan showed the world the inevitable trend and broad prospects of the photovoltaic technology.In the process of the photovoltaic’s promotion, how to maximize the utilization of solar energy has become the research focus of scholars both at home and abroad.However, both in the aspect of energy conversion and receiving efficiency, the researches of the improvement of solar energy’s utilization rate has earned great achievements.However,the talent is the core of the advances in technology,the promotion of photovoltaic calls for the training of PV type talents,which puts forward certain requirements of teaching infrastructure construction.Based on the further study of the changes in the angles of the sun and the solar tracking methods, this paper designs a combined intelligent platform of simulated solar and solar tracking system,which provids a hardware basis for PV teaching experiments.In the aspect of simulated solar, solar’s movement in a day is limited into the controlled time through the design of mechanical structure and control module.Thus,the simulated solar can change the directions and intensity by remote control.In the aspect of solar tracking system,the solar panel can tracking the simulated solar in two axises to make sure the incident light is vertical.Mechanism design of the whole platform is based on 3D modeling and animation simulation of Solid Works.Control module,which is based on the low power circuits with the MCU STC12C5A60S2 as the core, is to fininsh the motions and adjustments.This paper introduces the research purpose and status of photovoltaic tracking and finishes the feasibility analysis on solar tracking at first,then from the simulated solar design,to mechanism design,to hardware and software design,and finally manufactures the whole platform and debugs the intelligent system.After repeated tests,the whole platform can achieve the functions and ideal tracking precision of preconception.The whole platform provides the front end design model for photovoltaic power generation system,as well as a visual platform for the photovoltaic teaching experiment. |
