Appling ANSYS analysis seven different flute corrugated board combination of static stress analysis to obtain different mechanical properties flute by finishing excel data compression capability to elect the strongest combination, providing a theoretical basis for the choice of flute. Propose to approach the main force corrugated reinforced column, the column on the main force adopt three different ways to improve the structure. Experimental buckling analysis use different mesh size and calculate their average as the final result to eliminate errors. BBE is the strongest compression type combination. Outer reinforced has the biggest ability to resist outside pressure. BBE-type combination of corrugated board and outer reinforced approach can increase the strength of the carton which can be applied to practical engineering. |
