Based on the application of the ultrasound atomization technology to the humidification with liquid desiccant, a new kind of ultrasound atomization regenerating system is carried out. The difference between the new system and the traditional one is the use of the droplets from the liquid desiccant instead of the adiabatic dehumidifier.Firstly, the basic heat and mass transfer process of the liquid desiccant air dehumidifier and the regenerator is analyzed. The continuity equation, the energy equation is used to simulate this process, and the discrete equation is used for further calculation.Secondly, the experiment bench was constructed by the selection of the appropriate measuring instruments and other experiment equipment. The performance of this system through experiment is used to find out the key factor that affects the system performance, which helps improve the performance of the system. In the measurement process, the efficiency of the system is affected by the fraction of salt solution, liquid gas ratio, gas-liquid reaction time and other factors. The key influencing factors of the dehumidification efficiency is found out. Finally, theoretical analysis of each influencing factors is put forward in the ultrasonic atomization of liquid regeneration. The regenerating efficiency is improved and the space utilization is more reasonable.
