Based on the above development status and engineering background, in this article, it will change the floating box from the starting structure and research and analyze the structure of the assembled crane performance in-depth. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is used to research assembling optimization of 110 t assembled floating crane.The main contents of this paper have the following four parts:(1) The research of the international crane operating characteristics, scale, layout properties and operating environment,and collect more domestic and foreign floating crane.Meanwhile collect the floating box structural characteristics, scale, layout properties, then analyze and summary the floating crane on the characteristics.(2) Using finite element software-MSC, apply direct strength calculation for 110 t assembled floating crane to verify the hull and floating box on the strength of the major component and meet the specification requirements. According to " Strength conditions of 110 t floating crane and external load", analyze strength in the bottom frame, the side frame, the deck frame, longitudinal bulkheads, transverse bulkheads and other major structure of the hull,and lay the foundation for research and analysis system. At the same time, calculate the strength of connecting parts of floating box and the main hull and the stability of the unassembled and assembled floating crane.(3) By changing the floating box, apply direct strength calculation for 110 t assembled floating crane to verify the hull and floating box on the strength of the major component. Firstly, propose the programs of the floating box; secondly on the different programs under the hull, analyze and compare with stress of 110 t assembled floating crane。(4) Through the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, determine the optimal scheme, adding a bulkhead basis on the fore and aft pontoon integration, it can reduce the structural stress, improve the structure strength of the 110 t assembled floating crane, which will provide some reference opinions for actual construction.
