Prefabricated box-girder bridge with its superior construction technology, performance, application conditions and good mechanical properties played the more and more powerful role of the traffic construction, and had a larger number of production and using. But the bridge often occurred in the process of serving a variety of diseases on bridge deck, people often did not attach enough importance to these bridge deck and these problems. But a growing number diseases and damage on bridge deck surfacing forced us to pay more and more attention to the often overlooked by people of the “triangle”.This paper described the present situation of bridge deck diseases and its reinforcement principle, especially research deeply on the integral layer of prefabricated box-girder bridge. This paper had mainly done analysis and calculation of research on prefabricated box-girder bridge with integral layer and the reasonable thickness of integral layer, the main contents as follows.(1) The influence of the integral layer on the lateral force of the assembly box-girder bridge was calculated and analyzed. The integral layer could effectively improve the later force transmission of prefabricated box-girder bridge, and made each piece of main girder more balanced in terms of stress, more than, it could improve the integrity of the prefabricated box-girder bridge, the applicability, and durability.(2) The influence of the integral layer on the stress of the single beam was calculated and analyzed. By using finite element analysis software for modeling analysis, mainly for the single beam after considering the load transverse distribution coefficient of stress, the stress of prestressed reinforcement and calculation analysis of the bending bearing capacity.(3) Based on the applicable reliability theory to the current and ultimate bearing capacity of bridge structure calculation method, this paper is adopted to define the integration layer thickness control index—resistance capacity, and determine the reasonable integration of best in this paper, based on engineering layer thickness.Through the study of this paper, we learned the knowledge of integration layer and the mechanism of prefabricated box-girder bridge joint force, and drew some conclusions. These conclusions could provided some useful reference value on maintenance and consolidation for other prefabricated girder bridge and the deck of bridge.
