Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is a kind of strong applicability of highway traffic construction in China. In some special terrain, the construction scheme of small side span continuous girder bridge is needed to rely on the cross- crossing, gully or line. But the application and research of the small side cross prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge are not many. In view of the situation, this thesis is based on the existing research and application, the static analysis and design parameters of the continuous beam bridge with the small side span are studied.This thesis summarizes the research status of the small side span PC continuous beam bridge and the application of the small side span continuous girder bridge, and a three span PC continuous girder bridge with a side ratio of 0.3 is selected as the research background, and the PC continuous girder bridge with a conventional edge is used as a comparison, the static performance of two bridges is analyzed by finite element simulation and comparison. In this paper, the cross ratio of the edge in the continuous girder bridge is also analyzed. And in the case of less than conventional background bridge, 13 different continuous beam bridge models are established. The influence of the small side span ratio on the mechanical performance of the bridge is analyzed. The conclusions of the paper :1. The edge of the cross ratio is less than 0.5 of the PC continuous bridge is a small side span PC continuous bridge.Small side span PC continuous girder bridge scheme is a good choice.to across the steep slope of the 60 ~ 180 m V-shaped Valley, beach narrow urban river and urban route, to escape the geological weak zone, to makelandscape model.2. When the total span is the same, the stress and deformation of the small side span PC continuous girder bridge are more than that of the PC continuous beam bridge over the conventional edge.Through the reasonable structure design and the pre-stressed layout, the small side span PC continuous bridge still can meet the structural safety requirements.3. In the 0.2 to 0.5 range, when the cross edge less, side span bearing abutment gradually become tension.from compression. In order to prevent the side span piers bearing tension, side span cast iron concrete counterweight. When conditions permit, it should adopt the uniform form of side span.
