A Study On Hydrostatic Forklift Energy Saving Research Of Key Technology

Logistics warehouse handling equipment in vehicles, forklifts plays a very important role, especially in a small space cargo handling. This paper mainly studied them from the following:(1) Analysis of the technology and the development of the forklift truck at home and abroad, and the working principle of the traditional forklift hydraulic transmission system, the design of forklift energy recovery system to ask for rationality.(2) According to the forklift operation condition, pointed out that the hydraulic system of energy consumption. Through the performance comparison of several kinds of accumulator, the paper puts forward using pneumatic hydraulic accumulator energy recovery system.(3) Comprehensive requirements of the individual parameters of the hydraulic system of the truck, forklift lifting devices for energy recovery systems and running gear major components required for reasonable parameter matching calculations.(4) Detailed work device of the forklift truck and walk brake hydraulic energy recovery system, analyses the working principle of the energy recovery of the system.(5) Finally, the work of the truck and walking braking energy device designed to establish recycling system model, and the use of its simulation software AMESim and Matlab software for data processing by its results. The results show that: Recycling use of hydraulic accumulator forklift working device in the operation of fork down the potential energy and hydraulic brake can walk system, can be in a certain extent, reduce the power output of engine, reduce the energy consumption of system, to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
