The Design Of General Servo And Supporting Equipment For Corner Reflector

General servo and supporting equipment of corner reflector is used to provide physical support for high precision corner reflector, it has the ability of adjusting the space direction of the reflector surface by azimuth servo mechanism and pitch servo mechanism, and pointing to the SAR motion trajectory of the satellite or the airborne. In this paper, it puts forward the system solutions according to the development requirements of the General servo and supporting equipment of corner reflector, and has carried on the detailed design.In this paper, the research work mainly includes:(1) According to the development requirements, analysis the needs of General servo and supporting equipment, mainly includes: using the simulation software of fluent to analysis wind load flow field, decomposing the function and the performance of the equipment, and puts forward the overall design of equipment.(2) Completed the general structure design of the General servo and supporting equipment, including the design of the azimuth transmission equipment, elevation transmission equipment, overall support, sealing and protection. The design of the electrical components includes the selection of the motors, the speed reducers and the drivers, and also includes the motor dynamic performance calculation.(3) The design of the control system, electric control system adopts servo controller based on MSP430 as the smallest system. It includes the circuit design of the encoder signal acquisition and the real time clock. Considering the safety of the equipment increased loss of electric brake switch protection design.(4) The mechanical error of the system was analyzed, and on the basis of experiment, the actual test was carried out on the equipment. The Experimental data show that equipment meets the design requirements.
