The power supply problem is one of the key issues affecting active medical implants in medical applications. The new charging method of AMI be carried out in vitro studies, which can promote AMI application in the physiological monitoring, drug delivery, bio-stimulation, organ function recovery areas and it has great significance.In this thesis, On the basis AMI vitro research status at home and abroad on the charging method, which carried out research and design of active medical implabtable in vitro rechaging experimental device based on illumination light source. and completed the relevant experimental verification. The main research work includes:(1) Completed the overall scheme of experimental device in vitro rechaging for AMI based on illumination light source, According to the design requirements of experimental device, Analyzed the principle of experiment device and each function unit.(2) Completed the mechanical structure design of vitro rechaging for AMI based on illumination light source, includes: darkroom, holder, imitation body clamp, light battery clamp, etc. On this basis, which formed the structure platform of vitro rechaging for AMI based on illumination light source.(3) Completed the circuit design of vitro rechaging for AMI based on illumination light source. includes: lighting source drive circuit, the temperature feedback control circuit and lighting intensity control circuit, etc. Achieved the LED beam generation, security control and LED light source and the solar radiation automatically switching.(4) Completed the software design of vitro rechaging for AMI based on illumination light source, achieved the photocells and temperature sensor output signal collected, processing and graphic display.(5) On the basis of the above work, Developed a set of AMI in vitro charging experiment device based on lighting light source. Achieved the physics experiment verification for AMI in vitro charging method based on the lighting source, and analyzed its security.The thesis developed a vitro charging experiments for AMI based on illumination light source, which proviced the physical ecperimental platform for carring out vitro charging technology for AMI based on illumination light source, and will lay the foundation for developing a safe and convenient way of charging in vitro for AMI.
