With the rapid increase of vehicle population, road traffic accident becomes an important problem which seriously affects the development of society. Statistics show that all the factors that lead to accidents, driver fatigue is an important reason to cause accidents. Therefore, it has a very important practical significance that carrying out the theory and detection methods of driver fatigue, real-time monitoring of the driver’s driving behavior, ensuring that non-driver fatigue, reduceing traffic accidents and protecting people’s lives and property. In recent years, scholars have a more in-depth study of the methods and devices for monitoring driver fatigue, and has made certain findings. In these results, they are mostly based on the driver’s psychological behavioral and driving physiol-ogical signals characteristics of fatigue testing theory and methods,as well as applied research based on camera technology and the steering wheel detection technology. However, these studies have many limitations in practical applications and not easy to use. In order to find practical meth-ods to effectively detect and determine driver fatigue, this study using vehicles running dynamics and fuzzy imathematics theory and previous research results, it also using a triaxial accelerometer and steering angle sensor and computer system to build a vehicle running track driver fatigue detection system, which achieved certain results and a preliminary study of the fatigue driving phenomenon.(1) On the basis of comprehensively describing the research status of driverfatigue detection and the vehicle running dynamics, the study pointed out that the vehicle trajectory reflects the vehicle running state obviously. And in accor-dance with the vehicle running dynamics theory, it builded the detection model between vehicle trajectory and fatigue driving status.(2) On this basis, the introduction of the actual vehicletrajectory relative road track the dispersion of the entiremovement of the vehicle track transformed into vehicle track and road track in the same time the standarddeviation.(3) Aimed at the study,the triaxial accelerometer and steering wheel angle acquisition device was designed and road driving test was carried out. Test got data of normal driving, fatigue driving and avoid impaired driving, and compare the three indicators(standard deviation,safety frequencies and zero-value point spacing).With Kalman filtering method to obtain experimental data is filtered to filtered to remove the interference and Kalman filtering method to obtain experimentaldata is filtered to remove the interference and improve signal to noise ratio of the test data.(4) Select the lateral acceleration data for the entry point of the analysis, in depth analysis on the basic theory of Fuzzy Mathematics, Fuzzy sets and Fuzzy comprehensive judgment algorithm.Based on the fatigue driving vehicle running track parameters testing model,the study combined Fuzzy comprehensive judgm-ent algorithm in fatigue driving identification.(5) In order to futher analyze the feasibility of driver fatigue detection based on vehicle trajectory model, this study using the Pearson correlation coefficient test car steering wheel angle and lateral acceleration level(p = 0.72, related).
