Biomass pyrolysis is the basic technology to the biomass liquefaction and carbonization, it’s also a leading technology for biomass gasification technology. At present, there are a lot of basic researches for the mechanism of biomass pyrolysis reaction at low temperature in academia. But researches for the actual production of biomass pyrolysis at low temperature are rare. Therefore, the biomass pyrolysis at low temperature technology commercialization process is slow.Corp straw is exampled, comparing the difference with laboratory environment and production environment, and optimizing the key process parameters in the actual production process by using tube furnace. According to the optimization results, the pilot system has been designed, the product has been verified on laboratory optimize conditions in the pilot system. In the thermogravimetric experiments, when the pyrolysis temperature over 580℃, the volatiles are almost constant. While in actual tube furnace experiment, volatiles analysis is still high at the same temperature. The main reason is the samples difference heat transfer priciple between thermogravimetric experiment and tube furnace experiment. New system is a maize straw pyrolysis processing technology by using the hot flue gas through straw produced and burning mixed gas and regenerative gas. The gasification efficiency is 26.83%, the coking efficiency is 44.15%, and the heat efficiency of pyrolysis tower is 85.91%, which can effectively improve biomass energy utilization ratio. The study shows that new system has solved the problem of the actual production system of a machine rational, and biomass of low temperature pyrolysis system has a certain guiding significance to the industrial design.
