Precast concrete filled steel tube shear wall structure system can be applied into industrial production, which is on the basis of field assembly of new high-rise building structure system, is based on the requirement of building energy conservation and emissions reduction and housing industrialization development. Because of the short construction period, quality of prefabricated shear wall structure is stable, reliable, and environmental protection, energy saving, will be widely used.For precast structure, can be widely used to realize industrialization two key problems need to be solved: the seismic behavior of the component connection and node. A kind of combined circular concrete filled steel tube as a frame and wall plate play the combination effect of the shear wall structure, to further improve the seismic resistance of shear walls. The passage through the three shear span ratio of 2.97, distribution rule as a third, axial compression ratio of 0, 0.1, 0.2 respectively of steel tube concrete shear wall specimen low cycle loading tests are carried out, through the contrast analysis of test data, the forced properties of prefabricated steel tube concrete shear wall is studied,ductility, energy dissipation, stiffness degradation and other seismic performance.The results show that the steel tube concrete shear wall with high bearing capacity, good ductility and excellent energy dissipation capacity, under high axial compression ratio the bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular frame combination high shear wall than improved under low axial compression ratio, but its deformation is reduced accordingly. As a whole, this new type of steel pipe socket grouting connection is reliable, can be applied to prefabricated steel tube concrete shear wall structure. Due to the improper material selection test, no obvious yield steel stairs, lead to the wall finally did not appear the damage form of ideal. This passage put forward that prefabricated concrete filled steel tubular frame composite shear wall can be used for reference in the practical engineering design and construction methods and construction measures. This topic research for the enrichment and development of prefabricated experiment and theoretical reference for the design of shear wall structure, and also open up new avenues for the development of housing industrialization in of China.
