| One of the most important elements of UHV power transformers is radiators that have the tremendous influence to the transformer’s operating and working life. At present, the manufacturing process of radiators is on the stage of the semi- automatic welding in China and can’t maintain the quality of radiators to be sustained and stable. The most of radiators applied in UHV power transformer are imported from M company of Germany. In order to meet with the national strategy, the research and development of automatic plasma welding process has the theoretical value and practical significance to improve the production efficiency and decrease the defective rate of the radiators production.This research and development of automatic plasma arc welding system based on the optimal parameters combination of DOE has greatly improve Y company’s production efficiency and reduce the defective rate. It has a positive role in promoting to seize the German M company monopoly of high-end market. At the same time, this innovative fills the domestic gap in the field of the radiator production and has important theoretical value and economic significance for promoting the development of electrical equipment industry. |
