Study On Start-up System For Once-through Boiler

Coal is having been the main resource in a long term in China, considering the effective and environment etc, the plant depending on coal will become with higher capacity and larger parameter. The start-up system will be different in once-through boilers because of the differences on plants’ cost, peaking demand and service life etc.This article analysis the possible issues while the boiler starting-up and the involved assemblies of the system, and also it sum up the important points while designing and running the system. Numerical simulations are carried out to find out the proper parameters for water-separator. Different kinds of calculating methods for strength reinforce are introduced. This thesis gives some proper advices so that the plant can run safely and steadily with high efficiency in a long term.
