| In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution in China is becoming more and more serious; especially the ongoing nationwide hazy weather is aroused strong concern, poses a great harm to people’s physical and mental health. The most direct cause of the haze is produced by automobile exhaust emissions. In order to decrease the exhaust emissions of the car in the city, reducing haze weather, the local governments take various measures of energy conservation and emissions reduction, one of the more important items is promoting and developing new energy hybrid cars. Due to hybrid cars are generally using permanent magnet synchronous motor as the power system, in order to improve the dynamic of hybrid electric vehicle, improve system efficiency, increase the driving distance it is necessary to study field weakening control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper, through a comprehensive comparison and analysis of a variety of permanent magnet synchronous motor flux weakening control strategies, to identify the most suitable methods for practical engineering controls, and has carried on the detailed derivation of the algorithm. Meanwhile this paper proposes a new method of field weakening control current calculation, this method not only solves the problem of field weakening control algorithm’s analytical solution lack, but also give full consideration to the permanent magnet synchronous motor’s inductance change with the current. It’s an important factor of increases the accuracy of the motor control and improves system performance. Finally, build the motor control system with Matlab, combined with experimental data confirm the effectiveness of the new algorithm. |
