| Under the background of safe and efficient policy to promote the development of nuclear power, all nuclear power design companies invest their resources to improve nuclear power engineering design tool application level, in order to improve the efficiency of nuclear power engineering design, guarantee the accuracy of design results, ensure the safety of nuclear power engineering by means of the advanced tools. Nuclear power plant nuclear process systems are large and complex structures which contain different media types, pipe network and the phenomena of heat exchange. The one-dimensional fluid analysis workload is big, and the traditional manual calculation efficiency is low. When dealing with the complex fluid, the accuracy is reduced. So the use of CAE tools for one-dimensional fluid design simulation analysis has become the trend of the engineering design.In this paper, by means of the application and development of simulation software Flowmaster, the typical nuclear process systems,such as the component cooling water system,the normal residual heat removal system and chemical and volume control system, are chosen to carry out the simulation analysis. The component cooling water system is a typical pipe network, the study emphasis is the flow balance and heat distribution. The normal residual heat discharge system contains the complex operation condition, the phenomena of flow and thermal. The study emphasis is the transient heat transfer characteristics. Chemical and volume control system is a typical heat exchange system, the heat exchangers are numerous and more complex, in this paper the heat exchangers are studied, too. The results of simulation analysis indicate that the deviation compare to design value is acceptable, and proves the design reasonability. At the same time orifice resistance coefficient, valve opening and so on are estimated to guide the system site commissioning and improve efficiency of commissioning. |
