Auto transmission system is one of the important assembly of automobile chassis, its vibration characteristics of vehicle ride comfort and driving safety, section such as oily have crucial influence performance indicators. Along with the progress of the automobile engine technology, the engine’s power was further improved, speed, torque, at the same time, vehicle vibration noise and emission standards was improved. Now people request that the vehicle is more comfortable and safer, issues of vibration on the automobile power system and transmission system is increasingly prominent. And therefore transmission system vibration problems of cars is still need for further research. This paper only studies the torsional vibration of automobile transmission system.This paper studied the present situation of torsional vibration of the automobile transmission system and development trend at home and abroad.this paper introduced the basic content, after analysis of basic theory of the transmission system,it established the quantitative mode of concentrated mass of the transmission system. And established differential equations based on this model for the vibration of the drive system and then the free torsional vibration of transmission system are simulated, and make the harmonic analysis of engine torque. it analyzes the probable critical speed that may cause resonance. Finally, the paper analyzes the motor Forced vibration of the transmission system simulation, concluded the response, the different speed of torque transmission shaft, it is concluded that the speed of the resonance point.
