In the complex terrain of Shanxi Province, Shanxi loess covering area, soil erosion is serious due to the fragile ecological environment, and the special properties of loess collapsibility is loose, large pore, making the area of soil and water loss disaster, collapse, landslide, debris flow and other geological disasters in the holes of the land, influence each kind of engineering design, construction and maintenance in a great extent, thus it becomes the serious obstacle of all kinds of construction. These geological disasters make serious consequences. Most of them got to be prevented and treated in time, but for a long time, but we ignore a potential hazard that the areas covered by loess in the Shanxi loess strata often formation depth, different forms, different size of the loess dark hole.Based on literature review, field investigation combined with the indoor experiment, we studied and analyzed the formation mechanism of the loess dark cave. Making comprehensive analysis based on internal factors in the formation of the loess dark cave: collapsibility, disintegration and permeability. By the macroscopic damage phenomenon to the study of microstructure, trace the formation mechanism of the loess dark cave, sum up to erosion, and the roles of underground erosion, wet, and the roles of disintegration and other roles. Studied and analyzed the harm of highway loess dark cave and reveals the damage mode and mechanism of highway. Analyzing the hazard model of different parts the dark cave and its characteristic, summed up the patterns and its harm of mechanism. In view of the special geographic features, Shanxi Province, analyzed and discussed several more suitable methods. Two commonly used methods I are mainly introduced in Shanxi Province for the characteristics of loess dark cave, the backfilling method and grouting method.This paper using theoretical analysis, field measurement and indoor experiment methods, according to the research train of discovering problems, analyzing problems, discussing problems and solving problems, setting time and compressive strength after hardening performance of clay and cement for filling slurry under different ratio were studied respectively on the basis of a large number of laboratory tests. And a detailed analysis of the different methods had been approved in the field of application, so what this article wrote has a certain reference and guiding significance.
