| The three-dimensional model of B7008 C high-speed angular contact bearing was presented.It is meshed by ICEM in the ANSYS Workbench software. The contact stress and deformation of the bearing inner and outer rings were obtained though the numerical analysis on the bearing under reasonable conditions.The whole model and it’s parts were analyzed in modal analysis under different conditions.The natural frequency vibration mode and stability of the whole and the parts of angular contact bearing were compared and analyzed. The Stress-response frequency curve under different frequency graph was obtained through the further harmonic response analysis on bearing.It provides a theoretical basis for analysis and designation for the high speed bearing failure. |
