| ABSTRACT In the development of ecological century, in order to enhance the quality of the living environment, we always endeavor to create various artificial ecological environments, such as build greenbelt around the residential quarter. However the character of artificial ecological environment is frailly, they need be maintenance meticulously by people after the construction. This is the root of the theory and practice of residential green space landscape maintenance.This paper through the literature research method, comparative analysis method, field survey method, based on landscape conservation as the writing background, research on the case of Zhengzhou Greentown Lily apartment.First clear the landscape conservation in residential district construction in the status and role of, the full argument aroused people pay more attention to the management and maintenance stages of green space landscape significance, also fully elaborated "three points of planting, seven maintenance" the profound meaning, through scientific combination of human, financial and other relevant resources allocation live in the area of green space landscape good maintenance, so that maintenance work has become an important carrier for the construction of residential environment.Second, the property companies involved in the green landscape management approach and mode of analysis, design of scientific nature, rationality and construction quality, direct relationship between the post maintenance management. The responsible for the maintenance of the property company early intervention were analyzed, based on the residential area landscape maintenance angle to participate in the entire process, clear the residential district landscape engineering construction quality standards, and handover of the late development.
