| With the fast developing of social civilization and industrialization, the energy crisis and environmental issue are increasingly prominent. It is the hot topic to exploring a variety of new energy saving technologies for world’s governments. In the lighting field,LED semiconductor lighting technology becomes the new direction of social concern due to its characteristics of efficiently saving energy, super longer lifespan and being friendly to environment. The semiconductor properties of the LED light source make it easier to be control LED intelligently With the current electronic information technology, Internet technology and networking technology, it is expected in the near future that LED lighting will be into the homes of ordinary people, and closely related with each person’s daily life.Based on the current development status of LED lighting industry, and combined with the experience in the field of LED lighting, this thesis focuses on the research of LED lighting with intelligent control. By deeply analyzing of current variety of basic theory of intelligent lighting control system, the thesis analyzes and discusses the systematic formula and controlling protocols of intelligent lighting control, including the following:1. Proposing the 485 and DALI double cable controlling program by studying of a variety of lighting control protocols. The program presents a gateway between the host computer and communications use 485, which can achieve multi-host,multi-gateway, remote and distributed flexible management. The use of DALI bus between the gateway and the lighting system, give full play to the DALI protocol with abundant direction and excellent scene controlling in intelligent dimming technology.2. Studying the principles of lighting color temperature synthesis, proposing a dimming toning method based on dual-channel that allows the LED light source photometric and colorimetric parameters and parameters of the PWM signal duty cycle of the drive to establish a mathematical relationship, by adjusting the light channel drives the PWM duty cycle of two different color temperature to further realize the dimming of brightness and color temperature of lighting.3. In-depth analysis of the coding format and instructions standard DALI protocol, taking full advantage of the expansion of space reserved DALI protocol, defining two custom extension instructions for implementing LED color temperature adjustment function. Under the condition of not change the DALI system to perform all the modes and electrical characteristics, it realizes the perfect light control commands compatible with the original toner and extended functionality.4. Studying the LED working principle and various methods of LED drivers, based on the reality of the lighting project, proposing to control lightings for the target level.By integrating DALI slaver and dual-channel LED driver, lighting two cross arrangement LED light source with different color temperature, the dimmer color instruction issued by the host computer, has been very good in functions performed and results achieved at the lamp terminals which are the implement body.5. For touch screen system in this system, communication interface 485, DALI communication interface and drives and other key parts of the software and hardware functions were separated and online simulation debugging, verified the feasibility of the various parts of functions. The entire system was also conducted in the conference room of the actual application, the effect is achieved the desired design goals. |
