With the development of multimedia communication, digital communication network, the network communication field demand more and more on the ferrite core, which use a lot of communication transformer. Communication such as ADSL transformers(Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Loop common) transformer, usually using high permeability Mn Zn ferrites, working in a wide range of frequencies, with small output signal harmonic distortion, high transmission rate, which requires soft magnetic ferrite material and cores must have good μi-f characteristics, low hysteresis constant η B or total harmonic distortion. In addition, with the fierce competition in the market, not only forced the magnetic material manufacturers in the low cost strategy, but also pay more and more attention to the application of simulation in the materials research and development.This paper is to address the practical problems, with the preparation and simulation of low distortion Mn Zn ferrite for network communication as the main object of study, on the basis of preliminary analysis of the performance parameters and theoretical of low distortion Mn Zn ferrite, and the detailed discussion and study of preparation and simulation of low distortion Mn Zn ferrite for network communication. The main content:1. Studied the principal component proportion of the material, the main application of the Curie temperature and the two peak position two parameters for the design of the material principal components. Series analysis the design of the same Curie temperature and different design two peaks of samples,which obtained the normalized equation. Obtained the obvious rules, in determining the design of Curie temperature, initial permeability materials basic was first increased to a maximum value and then tending to decline, can be used as a simulation database.2. Studied the effects of single doping on properties of the material, mainly studied the effect of different content of Mo O3, Bi2O3, Nb2O5 on the properties of materials, the study found just the right amount of Mo O3, Bi2O3 can improve the initial permeability materials, hysteresis constant amount of Nb2O5 can optimize material. In addition, the corresponding V2O5、Ti O2、WO3、Ta2O5、Zr O2 was studied..3. Studied the influence of pre-sintering temperature and sintering temperature on the properties of the material research, reasonable pre-sintering temperature can ensure material good activity, and can guarantee the ferrite formation rate to some extent, allowing the material to the best performance, the sintering temperature is moderate is the key to reducing hysteresis constant.4.Use the existing database of principal component test and sintering test for software programming, which can be used for simulation of this kind of material development.
