But there was still a highway construction project cost unreasonable phenomenon in the highway construction, the quality of these phenomena not only not very good control of highway construction, but also restricts the development of China’s market economy, the highway construction project cost control is a very important research significance research and management.According to the actual situation of highway construction projects in our country, this paper takes cost control of highway construction project as the research object, discusses the characteristics of highway engineering cost control and analyses the environment. Through analysis and study of engineering cost related theory, combined with De-Shang, the situation of construction of highway construction project, cost control of highway engineering project design and project implementation phase is analyzed. According to the construction of the highway construction project route scheme, the project design phase, investment estimation and economic indicators evaluation by calculation, analyses the stage of cost control; To the project implementation stage, the main factors affecting the implementation stage cost, implementation plan and control methods are analyzed, and the implementation phase of project cost control measures are put forward.
