Dynamic Signal Analyzer analyzes the real-time signal in different domain such as time-domain, frequency-domain or angular-domain,which is the main analysis tool in vibration analysis, model analysis, electronic design and acoustic testing, and it integrates a rich and efficient algorithms in signal analysis, the algorithms contain the unconventional sound and vibration signal analysis. The processing algorithms about acoustics and vibration signals have been studied in this thesis, and it has implemented by software. The acoustic signal which has a wide frequency range is analyzed in method of octave.In order to coping with the shortcomings of traditional octave algorithms, The algorithm which is the high-precision, any bandwidth, real-time refresh, multi-resolution of octave is came up and implemented, combined with project requirements. Vibration of rotating machinery is usually caused by the excitation force which is malfunction. For rotating machinery, the destructive of the vibration torque which is caused by the vibration speed is strong, especially during acceleration, deceleration stage. The non-stationary signals which are caused by the changes speed vibration can’t be analyzed by FFT. Order Analysis methods for rotating machinery can achieve the non-stationary signal. Based on international research status of order analysis, combined with the project requirements, the algorithm which is efficient, real-time, non-disclosure have been Proposed and implemented for the order of rotating machinery in this thesis. The display and control software is provided about the algorithms in order to facilitate observation and analysis of the data.1、Aiming at the shortages of traditional octave which is the high cost of hardware and the single resolution, the octave analysis algorithm based on multi-resolution theory is came up.2、According to the theory of multi-resolution algorithm, the functional of octave is analized and the software is implemented, and the interface of display and control is designed in order to better observing and analyzing the signal of acoustic.3 、 Based on the order tracking theory, improved according to the project requirements, the order tracking method is been proposed and analyzed achieving method in this thesis.4、The significance of each function module of order is been elaborated and analyzed, and the focal point is the rotating machinery vibration signals.Octave and order analysis algorithms have been validated by the several different sets of data, and the result is that the algorithms of octave is able to achieve high accuracy of acoustic signals and arbitrary bandwidth. The order analysis algorithm can achieve the non-stationary vibration signals and analyze real-time order tracking.
