| In this work, some currently widely used energy supply pipeline network (pipe net) dispatching schedules in Chinese factories were investigated and investigation result has shown that most energy supply pipe net dispatching schedules in Chinese factories are inefficient, and many backward pipe net management schedules are widely used in Chinese factories. Current research in pipe net modeling and solving in China was summarized and the result has shown currently widely used modeling methods suffer from the lack of versatility and efficiency, as well as poor numerical stability. To solve those problems, the author has conducted related literature researches on establishment strategy and the identification strategy of system process matrix and adjacency matrix based on pipeline topology analysis, which is the core technology in pipeline mathematic modeling. And a dynamic process simulation platform based on such technology was used to establish the dynamic model of compressed air supply system in a ship manufacturing plant. Meanwhile a dynamic process simulator was developed for a megaton scale diesel hydrogenation plant on this platform. And the model calculating results verified the good versatility, accuracy, high efficiency and Robustness of this modeling method. Simulators developed by this platform can be used in Real time simulation and reacts faster than real-time simulation study of their certain physical systems, which lead a good foundation for the development of compressed air pipeline system optimal dispatching software, further dynamic study of diesel hydrogenation process can be also carried on based on the current process dynamic simulator. |
