Application Of Intelligent Power Distribution System In The Enrichment

Intelligent Power Distribution System is an electric power management system, with the requirement of the relevant standards and actual users, which is designed as a professional, highautomatic, accessible, high-performance, high-reliability power distribution system, specially for the Low Voltage(LV) System. By means of remote survey, remote communication, remotely regulation and remotely control, the electric power could be distributed more sensibly, so as to optimize the operation condition, improve the efficiency, meanwhile, the crest and trough electric power consumption is also recorded as the reference for the power manage ment.The Riyear-Power Net Electric Power Distribution System(RPN) developed by changshu switchgear mfg.CO., LTD. would be applied in this project, according to the long-term developing experience, the RPN is developed as a monitoring, control and management system for the electric power distribution. Based on the Fieldbus technology, Ethernet technology, wireless communication technology and computer technology, the LV distribution system and computer network has been integrated via the variety of intelligent power distribution device. Combined with the functions of remote survey, remote communication, remotely regulation and remotely control, the PRN has highly improved the intelligent level of power distribution system. The system is a complete set of so ftware and hardware system, including a series of industrial grade automatic power distribution device, PC software, network cable arrangement solutions and the connecting support with various communication bus, via the high-efficiency data acquisition, any time and any place, the users could grasp the real-time operational condition of the entire distribution system. The user could check lots of information via the RPN, including the local parameter reading, parameter trends, history records, operation and alarm records, etc. With the assistance of these information, the user could establish a sound and suitable automatic power distribution system in the shortest period of time.The Intelligent Distribution System applied in this project, is a redundant real-time monitoring system with double host, which could supervise the related power supply terminals, by means of the intelligent device installed at the terminals. Meanwhile, a special module has been applied in this project, for the condition monitoring of the centrifuge. The data network has been established with the optical fiber ring network, which has connected with all power supply area. With regard to the local power supply area, the communication cabinet has been applied so as to integrate the data network. With the advantage of high-reliability, high- integration, powerful function, high anti- interference ability, the scheme could not only perfectly satisfy the requirement of the electric protection, but also assure the operational reliability of t he centrifuge process.
