With the emergence of RFID, bar code auto-identification technology has become unable to meet using requirements because of its own shortcomings. RFID has been widely used in digital shelf because of its advantages. Thus, research on digital shelf based on RFID has become a hotpot. At present, fixed RFID reader is commonly used on digital shelf based on RFID.However, the scheme based on fixed RFID reader although has the advantages of simple structure and high efficiency of information acquisition, but also increases the digital shelf investment cost due to the arrangement of a plurality of RFID reader, which leads to high cost of digital shelf. In view of the existing problems of digital shelf based on fixed RFID reader, a digital storage system based on two-dimensional node is proposed in this thesis. In digital storage system, a two-dimensional mobile node is designed and the RFID reader is fixed on the mobile node to let it move, so as to solve the problem of automatic acquisition of information of goods. The design of two-dimensional node includes mobile control module and wireless transmission module. The mobile control module uses a microcontroller as controller, servo motor as the driver, and uses electric sliding combination as node motion vectors; wireless transmission module uses ZigBee wireless module, and wireless modules are arranged in the main control module, microcontroller and RFID reader, so as to realize the wireless transmission of information. The digital shelf system of two-dimensional mobile node realizes real-time inventory of goods and goods location, which improves its efficiency and reduces the cost, In view of the two-dimensional mobile node inventory problem, a variety of inventory solutions are proposed in this thesis. And on the basis of multi-location inventory problem, a path planning algorithm based on improved A-star algorithm is proposed. The experimental data shows that the multi-location path planning algorithm can meet the real-time requirements and the average node cost meets the requirements of actual use.
