| Spectrum analysis is an important means of frequency domain analysis of signals, requires instruments being provided with time and frequency conversion, frequency spectrum analysis and signal processing ability. Modern wireless communication not only requires testing equipment has the ability of real-time spectrum measurement, also need to have high dynamic range, good EVM entry and high SNR.In order to adapt to the modern information war, and the trend of the portable electronic equipment, communication measurement instruments in not only demand a higher performance than before, also put forward higher requirements in terms of integration.Modern war needs highly integrated engineering can use a handheld wireless communication wireless measuring equipment in the battlefield for specific frequency electromagnetic detection;In civilian communications operators and radio monitoring department to monitor the electromagnetic environment of indoor and outdoor engineering staff need a lightweight high-performance equipment wireless signal measurement.In view of the above problem, this paper first introduces the development trends for hand-held spectrometer at home and abroad, analyzes the conventional communication superheterodyne receiver structure and high integration of zero intermediate frequency communication receiver architecture and on-chip ZYNQ series extensible processor system. In this paper, we study the ZYNQ series device resources, AXI4 bus structure as well as its development process, high efficiency based on the zero intermediate frequency(ZIF) is introduced in the structure of the various characteristics of agile communication transceiver chip AD9361, the chip was integrated filter, low noise amplifier, mixer, the local oscillator, baseband data communication circuit. Based on the above research is proposed based on agile transceiver chip AD9361 and comprehensive system on programmable chip XC7Z020. Designed based on the ZYNQ and AD9361 of handheld spectrometer system and single circuit for measuring the radio frequency, the RF receiving, baseband processing and human-machine interface all integrated on a single printed circuit board. In programmable logic part of the ZYNQ double rate was designed and implemented an LVDS signal receiving and I/Q signals, disorder of DC tracking and compensation and calibration of I/Q imbalance.Use the development environment and provided by the xilinx bridge IP core for DMA transfers based on AXI bus development, realizes the SOC chip programmable logic and high speed data interaction on chip ARM kernel. After the software and hardware joint debugging, making the spectrometer to RF chip can achieve performance index, spectrum measurement range up to 70 MHz ~ 6GHz, real-time measuring up to 50 MHz bandwidth.This paper discussed the high integration of spectrum analyzer and baseband signal level before receiving and processing unit can work normally, basically reached predetermined index and engineering requirements, in the case of each test and experimental works stability, makes the handheld spectrometer can be used in common communication testing occasions. |
