With energy and environmental issues increasingly becoming white-hot, the proportion of electricity in energy market is growing gradually, especially renewable clean energy, such as micro-grid consist of wind and solar power generation has obtained certain achievements. And the control problem is a core aspect of the micro-grid research, a variety of control theory for micro-grid came into being at this time, however, most of the control study was limited to software simulation stage, and no actual operating conditions, so the establishment of micro-grid test system has become an urgent problem in the research of micro-grid.The paper is in this context, based on national 973 support project – “The basic research of using large-scale new energy electric power safety and efficiency in smart grid”, to build a multi-energy verification platform for the advanced control theory proposed in the project, the practical significance of this work is obvious. So in this paper, the main work is as follows:First, the paper introduces the main background and significance of research, describes the research status of micro-grid construction at home and abroad, analyzes the composition of existing micro-grid entities.And then, the composition of micro-grid is analyzed, described each part in detail including wind/ solar, introduced the simulation principle of wind power and other distributed generation units, various electrical units and control method that can be used in micro-grid.After that, this paper introduced with TMS320 F2182 DSP as the core processor under a machine hardware circuit design and software programming. According to the division of function modules, the corresponding software and hardware parts consisted of: communication module, temperature, voltage, current sampling module, conversion module d/a and d/a design, and photovoltaic maximum power tracking design. completed the observation of voltage method and perturbation method to determine the control algorithm of maximum power point, gives the verification results in MATLAB.At last, Platform structures are given with system design parameters of the equipment used, the software and hardware are debugged for the whole experiment, which satisfies the conditions to ensure the stability of system.In summary, this paper set up a multi-energy micro-grid platform with wind and photovoltaic distributed generation, energy storage and loads. Around TMS320 F2812 DSP core processor, signal acquisition is completed, the control signal output, communication equipment and other parts of the software and hardware are designed, make the platform operated stably in islanding module.
