The world economy is developing rapidly, the development of economy restricted by energy, so the development of energy have great importance to the development of economy, development and utilization of new energy, each country attaches great importance to and focus on the development of solar energy, wind energy, biomass energy, tidal energy, geothermal energy, hydrogen fuel and nuclear energy.The development of wind energy potential is tremendous, is an important direction in the development of new energy. Our country of xinjiang, gansu, Inner Mongolia, and coastal and other places have the huge potential of wind power development.Wind turbine simulation software FAST(Fatigue, Aerodynamics, Structures, and Turbulence) is made up of many software of an integrated wind power system simulation software. Horizontal axis can be two blades and three blade fan for the calculation of ultimate load and fatigue load, which needed by the simulation of the wind can be generated by Turbsim and IEWind, aerodynamic load calculation done by Aerodyn, blade tower platform structure is produced by BMODE, airfoil data can be produced by Foilchek, noise, wave factors also have professional software to create,part of the post-processing is at software to complete. Have a primary input file as FAST running configuration mainly describes the wind turbine operation parameters and the basic geometry parameters.FAST has strong extensibility, the advantages of open source code, but is there a good man-machine interface, and to understand and use the software, the analysis of the data to spend a lot of time. The main work of this software is to use MFC dialog box frame, good man-machine interface design, analyzes the data flow and finishing,design a convenient to use and make sense of wind turbine simulation software,complete the secondary development of FAST.
