After decades of development the instantaneous frequency measurement technology in modern electronic war plays a more and more important role. In modern electronic warfare and the complex electromagnetic environment, it is one of the important factors in electronic warfare can be dominant whether we can extracted all kinds of radar parameters from the enemy signal. There are many methods of instantaneous frequency measurement, interferometer phase method of instantaneous frequency measurement is one of the classical method, its core idea is to transform of signal frequency, phase and amplitude, that is to say it can be calculated by measuring the amplitude value of frequency values. This method has good instantaneity, so it has been widely used in engineering practice.The research emphasis of this paper is the multichannel rf front end, during the design process we implemented broadband receiver front-end, three-way output frequency range of 1 ~ 2000 MHZ, the scheme can better realize the request of rf front end performance, the whole circuit consists of band pass filter, band stop filter, comb line band-pass filter, broadband Wilkinson power splitters, balanced amplifier, equalizer, feedback amplifier and other parts.We know module performance depends on its overall performance, so we first analyze the rf front-end of the indicators, selecting indicators of high-performance components can be achieved by the simulation of the circuit structure, verify whether the selected components can meet the requirements of the final index. We illustrate the authentication method and device selection basis. For the touch we has carried on the design and simulation of the key components, all the indexes can meet the requirements, and the performance is good. For instantaneous frequency direction finding technology, amplitude phase consistency and amplitude uniformity are important design indexs, which is one of the problems encountered in the process of testing and debugging, after repeated debug we finally solved the problem.
