This paper introduces the design and implementation of integrated intelligent monitoring system of transformer substation, puts forward the concept of integrated automation substation monitoring and control system, and on how to design and build the use of automation integrated intelligent monitoring system has made the detailed instructions. For now, to gradually to the development of power system automation substation integrated automation roughly the main reasons for the following two aspects: one is in recent years, along with our country main power system and the development of modern science and technology, demand for conventional substation protection and general monitoring, great changes have taken place in conventional substation protection and monitoring requirements are no longer the same as the former, while the existing conventional protection and monitoring system gradually cannot meet the requirements of the current more and more meticulous and science; 2 it is the current transformer substation monitoring and protection system in design because hastily put into operation, there are a lot of existing conventional protection and monitoring system, the defect of design itself hasn’t been able to make up for the defects with the development of electric power system and scientific advances have become increasingly obvious, some serious problems and even intensified. Now with the development of science and technology, the electric power industry informatization level continuously rise, substation automation gradually toward electric power automation system, the conventional substation to the development of smart substation is the trend of The Times. Need to solve such a phenomenon is an intelligent substation monitoring and control system to adapt to the current development needs.This topic research will use the power system unique fixed object oriented software technology development, based on the comprehensive intelligent monitoring system for substation design, analysis and implementation, in order to achieve the effect of production use. Substation integrated intelligent monitoring system USES C/S architecture, operating system based on the original concept of Sybase to develop language, using object oriented software development technology. Database server using Microsoft Windows2008 operating system, database use the Sybase database SQL Anywhere, the client USES the Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system, between the client and the server using TCP communication protocol for communication. Database running on the server side, each client to install a set of intelligent monitoring system of the client software. Combination eventually form a substation integrated intelligent monitoring system.
