Along With the rapid development of computer technology and power electronics technology, AC servo systerm becomes more widely used in the field of high performance electrical transmission. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been a hot research of AC system for its advantadges of power-to-volume rations, high efficiency and torque/inertia rations. However, permanent magnet synchronous motor is a nonlinear and multi-parameter perturbation variable system system, the control system is susceptible to the motor inside parameter variations and external load disturbance, etc., It is an urgent need to develop an nonlinear control strategy with high efficiency and strong robustness. Therefore, in the paper an novel nonlinear control strategy of PMSM integrating ADRC(the active disturbance rejection controller) and SACT (the synergetic approach controller) was presented to enhance the dynamic and strong robustness. So the research of the control strategy of the PMSM is of great scientific and practical importance.The thesis designs ADRC and the synergetic controller based on fuether analysis of ADRC and synergetic. And which simplifys the controller parameter tuning to improve its tracking performance. At the same time, which integrates the outer speed —loop ADRC and the inner current —loop SACT to achieve complementary advantages. First, based on ADRC and SACT SMPMSM control system was designed,The outer speed loop of ADRC generates the stator current iq* with operating at id=0,while the reference voltage ud* and uq* are produced by the inner current loop of SACT according to the synergetic control law, which drives the motor through 3-phase inverter. As always, the model of the system was built and simulation was conducted. The result was compared with the classic PI control and pure synergetic control, Evaluation of the static and dynamic performance and anti disturbance performance were given.Finally, the thesis focuses on the research of IPMSM(inner permanent magnet synchronous motor) interating ADRC and SACT. The outer speed loop of ADRC generates the stator current Te*, It generates the stator current baseed on Feeri’s method, the reference voltage ud* and uq* are produced by the inner current loop of SACT, which operate at MTPA via 3-phase. The simulation shows technical advantages comparing with the classic PI control system of IPMSM.
