Wetland Park is an effective way to achieve wetland conservation and utilization of urban wetland.Water network only has a complex human and natural ecosystems, with the protection of biodiversity, water purification systems in the water network, slowing run off and flood waterlogging of effect. Therefore, the construction of water network of urban wetland park not only has a larger social landscape benefits, but also has important ecological benefits of urban water network is an important node in a healthy ecosystem development.Establishing wetland landscape evaluation system is an important tool to ensure effective wetland play three. Wetland areas have been built on the ecosystem, wetland landscape quality, social and cultural values of wetlands, wetlands and other aesthetic judgment by clear its strengths and weaknesses, can provide a scientific basis for the optimization and adjustment of existing wetland, but also for the new wetlands Parks provide effective guidance and reference.In this paper, the water network Urban Wetland Park as the research object, using qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods combine- with expert consultation and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), combined with the comprehensive evaluation index, wetland ecosystems, wetland landscape quality from, social and cultural values of wetlands, wetland aesthetic value four index layer started to establish water network evaluation system of urban wetland landscape. Among them, the wetland ecosystem index layer including biodiversity, ecological types of diversity, wetland connectivity, wetlands rich and protected species proportion five factors, wetland landscape quality index layer include water quality, wetland landscape diversity, wetland landscape dominance degree, wetland landscape evenness, wetland landscape fragmentation and green coverage six factors, wetlands social and cultural value index layer includes research science value, tourism and leisure value and geographical and cultural heritage value of three factors, wetlands aesthetics index layer includes wetland landscape color richness, wetlands and unique visual diversity of three factors. To do the following: First, take expert consultation, were scored for each indicator layer corresponding evaluation factor, using AHP method, based on the impact of factors to calculate the weight of each indicator. Secondly, the establishment of a comprehensive index model, combined with a reference value for the final dimensionless calculated by weight calculation final score and give rating scale wetland landscape.According to the site survey and evaluation results analysis, inadequate water network status quo existing in the construction of urban wetland park, from cultivating a healthy wetland ecosystems, improve wetland landscape quality and reasonable utilization and protection and promotion of education functions of wetlands four proposed optimization strategy. Finally, the Suzhou Taihu National Wetland Park, the city water network wetland landscape evaluation system validation, while the Taihu Lake National Wetland Park for the problems in the construction of a corresponding improvement proposed approach.
