| In this study the landscape of Shengshijiangnan residential area of Harbin was evaluated, which takes plant landscape as the core research content, taking the typical Runyuan and Xishutingyuan residential area there as comparisons, to conclude the characters of residential landscape of Harbin in cold region and find problems exist in landscape construction, and put forward some effective suggestions. This paper qualitatively analysed the landscape of Shengshijiangnan residential area at first, then the aesthetic evaluation, characteristic evaluation, functional evaluation and ecological evaluation of Shengshijiangnan and the two compared residential areas were conducted. And comprehensive evaluation of the 3 residential areas was conducted using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis model. The evaluation results were compared and analyzed. Finally reasonable suggestions were put forward. The results are as follows.1. Aesthetic evaluation index of Shengshijiangnan residential landscape include formal beauty and artistic conception beauty. The evaluation results were as follow: formal beauty 6.54, artistic conception beauty 4.24, and comprehensive beauty 56.84. The evaluation results of the two compared residential areas (Runyuan, Xishutingyuan orderly) were 6.57,3.42 and 7.19,4.73. The comprehensive beauty results were 55.63 and 64.23. According to the results, the aesthetic beauty level was all higher than the artistic conception beauty level. It proved the lack of attention to deep beauty in residential landscape construction in Harbin for the reason of poor economy and lack of advanced concepts.2. Characteristic evaluation index of Shengshijiangnan residential landscape include characteristics of the times, regional natural characteristics and regional culture and historical characteristics. The evaluation results were as follow: characteristics of the times 5.48, regional natural characteristics 3.74, regional culture and historical characteristics 3.24, and the comprehensive character 51.88. The evaluation results of the two compared residential areas (Runyuan, Xishutingyuan orderly) were 6.31,3.04,3.20 and 7.03,4.50,4.42. The comprehensive character results were 53.71 and 61.95. The characteristics of the times level of the 3 residential areas was higher than the other 2 index, which turned out that residential landscape in Harbin didn’t pay enough attention to characteristics of the times and respect and heritage of history and culture.3. Functional evaluation index of Shengshijiangnan residential landscape include greenspace traffic fluency, richness of activity places, comfort level of spaces, facilities richness and applicability, landscape lighting rationality and space identification. The comprehensive fictional evaluation result was 65.65, while results of the two compared residential areas were 66.52 and 76.65. It proved that functional rationality of residential landscape in Harbin was in upper level. But richness and comfort level of activity places, facilities richness etc. should be improved on the basis of meeting the preliminary usage of residents.4. Ecological evaluation index of Shengshijiangnan residential landscape include greening coverage, tree number per unit area, size of the trees, growth condition, species diversity and life form diversity. The comprehensive ecological evaluation result was 61.75, while results of the two compared residential areas were 76.47 and 85.47. It proved that ecological benefits of residential landscape in Harbin were in upper level. But greening coverage, species diversity and quality of trees etc. should be optimized.5. The comprehensive evaluation results of Shengshijiangnan residential area and the two compared residential area respectively were 60.88,64.57 and 73.83.They suggested that residential landscape quality in Harbin was almost in upper level, but there is still a big room to improve. With the development of economy, the updating of concept and a stricter and more standard construction process, the residential landscape of Harbin will have large improvement in terms of the above. |
