Regeneration and utilization of recycled asphalt pavement can save a lot of gravel and asphalt and avoid the environmental pollution caused by stuck and landfills of waste materials, which is of important significance to realize the sustainable development of road resources. So far, because of inadequate attention paid to the difference in characters of RAP while recycling in China, we can not use the recycled asphalt mixture to an extreme according to character analysis of different kinds of RAP. A variety of RAP from different grades of road were selected in this study. Based on the classification of recycling methods of recycled asphalt, the aging properties of recycled asphalt mixture were analyzed and the aging level was evaluated. According to the different aging level, the corresponding recycling measures were studied, which made the use of recycled asphalt pavement material to an extreme while recycling asphalt pavement. Finally 4 kinds of representative RAP were selected for regeneration classification researches.First of all, determining the corresponding recycling methods according to the category and aging level of asphalt in 4 kinds of RAP and using different methods to recycle different kinds of recycled asphalt,4 kinds of old asphalt were regenerated by using new asphalt or recycled agent, and the anti ageing property of asphalt was studied by using different method. The anti two aging properties were evaluated. After TFOT, the residual penetration ratio of both 2 kinds of recycling asphalt were in accordance with the regulations and viscosity ratio were maintained at a stable range, indicating that he secondary anti-aging performance of recycled asphalt by different regeneration methods can meet the road requirements.Through the selected four rap for extraction of asphalt and aggregate screening, the character of analysis and evaluation, research found, all rap for old asphalt content gap larger, in addition to design with raw oilstone than on the outside, the rap of the aging degree of more serious, asphalt content relatively less. The grading and distribution curves of RAP aggregate screen show the trend of S, and the collection and thinning of the material is obvious. According to the evaluation of the traits of 4 kinds of rap, respectively according to the dosage of 0%,20%,30%,40% were the hot mix plant regenerating mixture ratio design to determine the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio and different rap content with than.At last, based on the classification and classification of old asphalt, the new method of RAP was regenerated by adding new asphalt or recycled agent, and the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture was studied.. The results of the study show that:compared with the high temperature performance and fatigue performance, low temperature performance and water stability more appropriate as the evaluation and control of recycled asphalt mixture road with two performance indicators; SBS class recycled asphalt mixture road performance by rap aging influence on the grade of greater and road petroleum class performance by rap aging level has little effect on the road asphalt mixture recycled; different rap at the same content of aging low grade recycled material with better performance; comparative analysis of the regeneration effects of different regeneration methods and adding recycling agent of recycled asphalt mixture road performance better,when the rap content higher adding recycling agent regeneration. Therefore, the classification and classification of old asphalt mixture has important guidance for the application of practical engineering.
