Pressed spin head of pile is a method to improve the bearing capacity of the new type of pile head. It has larger lead Angle of helical blade, through the rolling bearing connection in the head top of precast pile head, adopt the method of static pressure into instead of screwing torque, overcome the ordinary prefabricated screw pile have excessive torque in construction, and greatly improve the bearing capacity of precast pile.The twelve pressed spin head model of piles hade been tested in this paper, we study the stages of the grave and static load of geometric parameters on the relationship between the ultimate bearing capacity and settlement, Analysis of pile settlement of surrounding clay and the influence of the spin angle.The main research content include:to analysis settlement of clay around each screw head of piles in the process and the spin angle,comparison with spin head of pile on clay and soils in the spin angle and load settlement, in the field test analysis settlement of clay around each screw head of piles in the process and the spin angle.The result of the studies show that:with blades head of pile, its bearing capacity increase 3.8 times than the traditional head of pile, spin head of pile has great advantages in bearing capacity; leaf parameters has a great influence on the surrounding clay, The basic trend is that the blade angle is larger, the settlement of surrounding clay is smaller, the leaf width is bigger, the settlement of surrounding clay is largerr; Contrast with the soils, the ultimate bearing capacity increase 3.2 times than clay, it show that spin head of pile has great advantages in bearing capacity in the soils.The field test, with blades head of pile,its bearing capacity increase 1.5 times than the traditional head of pile.
