Remote Detecting Instrument For Alternative Current Parameters

Electric parameter detection instrument is a multinational intelligent power meter. Meanwhile, it is an important part of electric automation system since it plays a significant role in the safety, efficiency and economy of the power grid. So the high performance, with the function of network ac parameter testing instrument has a certain theoretical and application value.Alternating current parameter remote detection instrument is mainly used for real-time detection of three-phase ac voltage, current value, active power, reactive power, apparent power and others electricity parameter, it adopts industrial Ethernet implementation of AB company test parameter remote transmission. In order to overcome the traditional mechanical detecting instrument bulky shortcomings and the complex problems of packaged instrument circuit, this paper takes the ARM Cortex M3 microprocessor as the design core, and the implementation of real-time detection of electric parameters with the use of the electric energy metering special chip ADE7758 producing by Analog company. At the same time, in order to improve the electrical parameters of the transmission rate, this article uses the Ethernet module Anybus-Compact Com_ABCCdof NP30 network processor from HMS company to realize the EtherNet/IP industrial Ethernet protocols, it makes the instrument can be directly connected to the industrial Ethernet of AB company for being realized the real-time detection of electric parameters. Finally, in order to further improve the practicality of system, the modular design results in the design puts the electric parameters testing instrument divided into frame, CPU module, power module, network communication module and the electric parameters testing modules, according to the actual need of these modules can be free combination, which is up to 12 groups of electric parameters testing.After testing the system software and hardware debugging, the experimental results shows the instrument performance is stable, measurement accuracy and good application value.
