The crankshaft is an important moving parts of marine diesel engine, and the main role is to change the movement form and bear complex alternating load etc. In the harmful vibration,noise transfer or coupling of diesel engine,the unbalance vibration of crankshaft mechanism is one of the main reasons. To carry out research on the dynamic balancing mechanism of marine diesel engine crankshaft is of great significance to reduce the unbalance vibration of diesel engine to improve its performance and work status, and prolong the service life and reduce the power consumption of the diesel engine and the daily maintenance and management costs and improve the working environment of the cabin.With the actual condition of marine diesel engine and experimental conditions in the comprehensive consideration, this topic chose the dynamic balance technology field as the mechanism of marine diesel engine crankshaft dynamic balancing methods and study it from mainly reflected in the following aspects:In the introduction part of the research carries out a series of analysis by combining the actual condition of marine diesel engine, respectively in the research background, significance and present research situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the corresponding research objectives, contents and methods combined with the subject characteristics.The unbalance vibration analysis of marine diesel engine crankshaft mechanism. The research analysis it combined with the structure and working principle of marine diesel engine, the cause of vibration transmission and coupling relationship,and summarizes the key role and its negative impact on the system based on the analysis of mechanism dynamics aspects of crankshaft. This research provides theoretical guidance and reference by comprehensive dynamic balance method currently used to discuss the cause of unbalance vibration of crankshaft mechanism.To design the dynamic balance technology for the crankshaft mechanism of marine diesel engine. This part researches and solve the vbration monitoring, correction mechanism design, the influence coefficient method, the mechanism of diesel engine crankshaft unbalance vibration signal,based on the overall field balancing method design of marine diesel engine crankshaft mechanism and combined with the previous research content.At last, this chapter designs the system of marine diesel engine crankshaft vibration monitoring and dynamic balance.The experiment proved that the effect of dynamic balance system for marine diesel engine field by the initial crankshaft mechanism unbalance test, test weight and influence coefficient, dynamic balance effect etc. The experimental results show that the design of the field balancing method in this paper for marine diesel engine crankshaft mechanism is effective.
