| The temperature of the diesel engine piston ring groove will affected the reliability of the piston-piston ring, piston-liner and piston ring-liner. At the same time, it is also the key parameter of the diesel engine heat loading research. For a long time, most of the development institutions in our country rely on making copies on foreign equipment, know less core technology, use experience data also. However, it can not satisfy the need of developing high power-density engine yet, causing cylinder scoring malfunction. The temperature of the diesel engine piston ring groove is a dynamic parameter, which is hard to be studied by numerical simulation, and, at the same time, using the real engine is hard to control the experimental condition. All of this make us know little about the key parameter.On the base of 110 single-liner engine, this thesis produces a device imitating the flame state. This equipment measures the friction of diesel engine by floated cylinder liner and simulated backpressure loading method, develops the measurement of ring groove and piston crown temperature, the dynamic linking of high pressure air plumb, the heating system imitating flame state and the cooling system forThe experimental result shows that the repeatability of tester is very well, the limit of ring groove temperature is about 200℃, the friction force is sensitive for the affect of ring groove limit temperature, the tester offers an effective method for the research of the ring groove limit temperature. |
