Reflection crack is one of the main course of semi-rigid asphalt pavement cracking. Through set a low modulus of stress absorbing layer between semi-rigid base and asphalt pavement is one method of effectively remission produced the semi-rigid asphalt pavement caused reflection crack.This paper through laboratory test to design the mixture ratio of the stress absorbing layer.By road performance test,such as low temperature crack resistance test,high temperature performance test and water stability test verify the mixture possess great road performance.Design simulation experiment of reflection crack indoor,use the number of fatigue cracking of the asphalt pavement as the indicator, analysis the influence of stress after set up the stress absorbing layer. Through change the thickness of the asphalt pavement and the stress absorbing layer,establish the relationship between the crack parameter and the thickness of the stress absorbing layer,conclusion the suitable range of the stress absorbing layer. Finally,analysis the influence of the thickness of the asphalt pavement and the stress absorbing layer to the number of fatigue cracking of the asphalt pavement, establish the fatigue life model of simulation experiment indoor.Use the finite element software to simulate the mechanical response of pavement structure under traffic load,with the main structure layer thickness and modulus of elasticity for the analysis variables,according to the stress of the structure layers and pavement stryctural behavior,propose the structure layers of thickness and modulus of reasonable.
